High efficiency of antiscale and corrosion inhibitor, good temperature resistance, It can be used in water treatment of low pressure boiler, the boiler may directly use tap-water, thus omitting use of ion exchange column. Boilers include radiator, steam, locomotive. This product may also be used as antiscale and corrosion inhibitor of desalination plant, distillation and bus water tank. ■ Use: Add 200g this product in one ton of boiler make-up water. During period of operation remember to blowoff 5~10 times each hour. If the boiler is operated in heavy scale condition, enlarge addition quantity, and frequently blowoff, After 10~20 days' continuous usage of this product , stop the boiler, open handhole, and remove visible scale deposit to prevent conduit blockage, then, the boiler may turn into normal operation again. It would be best if the concentration index of boiler water was controlled in range of 10. Other parameters may refer to related regulations of labor board (boiler water pH10~12,for example). pH value should be higher than 7 in order to normally use this product. Total hardness of boiler make-up water should be lower than 200mg/L, otherwise, the antiscale and corrosion inhibition properties should be affected. ■ Package and Storage 5kg, 10kg, and 25kg plastic drum.
