This product shows excellent inhibition
effect for calcium carbonate scales
even under high pH(10~11) , its antiscale
ability under pH(10~11) is one or
two times better than HEDP and ATMP,
Also it has good scaling inhibition
effect for barium sulphate and calcium
sulphate.This product is used for
antiscale and corrosion inhibitor
in circulation cooling water systems,
boilers and oil field fill water,
it can also be used as a kind of stabilizer
for peroxides and ClO2.
¡ö Use£º
This product could be used alone,
and need not use any other dispersants.
It has good effect with small amount
of scales left. Dosage should be in
accordance with water quality, usually
5~10mg/L. When used together with
polycarboxylic copolymers, this product
shows good synergistic effects.

¡ö Properties::
At present, many American and European
circulation cooling water systems
use this product as main content in
water treatment agents. It has structure
feature of both phosphonic acid and
carboxylic acid group, which enable
its antiscaling and corrosion inhibition
properties much satisfactory. Compared
with widely used organophosphines
( such as HEDP, ATMP, EDTMP), this
product has excellent features. Its
property of antiscaling in high temperature
is fairly superior to above organophosphines.
It can also improve the solubility
of zinc salt. Moreover, it can even
dissolve zinc salt even when pH is
9.5 or higher.
¡ö Use£º
When Built with zinc salt and put
into the cooling water complex formula,
this product can improve the antiscaling
properties of formula and corrosion
inhibition properties in alkali systems.
The usual dosage is 5-15 ppm,and continuous
application is preferred.

¡ö Properties:
This product is nitrogenous organic
polyphosphonic acid, which is a part
of cathodic corrosion inhibitor, its
property is 3~5 times better than
that of inorganic polyphosphate. It
could be fully solved in water and
shows excellent scale inhibition property
under temperature 200¡æ, especially
for carbonate scales.It also has good
thermal stability, excellent dispersion
and scale inhibition property. When
built with HPMA, its property of antiscale
and corrosion inhibitor was even better.
¡ö Use£º
This product could be used as corrosion
inhibitor in cooling water circulation
system and boiler water. Also, it
is a chelant agent in cyanogen-free
plating industry and a water-softening
agent in printing and dyeing industry.When
used alone, 2~10mg/L is expected.
When built with HPMA by ratio ETDMP:HPMA=1:3,
it can used in water treatment of
low pressure boiler. This product
can also built with BTA, PAAS and
zinc salt.

This product shows good stability
under high pH value,hard to be hydrolyzed.
Its low toxicity could be easily turned
out of human body. This product works
effectively under temperature 200¡æ.
It can chelate with Fe¡¢Cu¡¢Al¡¢Zn ions
by forming stable chelating compound,
thus it can dissolve oxidized materials
of these metal surfaces. Its resistance
to acid, alkaki and oxidative chlorine
is better than that of other organophosphines.
Especially, this product has good
antiscale and visible threshold effects.
When used together with other agents,
it showes good synergistic effective
performance.
¡ö Use£º
This product is mainly used in boilers
and heat exchanger pipe-lines as scale
inhibitors and corrosion inbitors.
It can also be used as metal and non-metal
cleaner, and as stabilizer and color
fixing agent in textile blenching
industry. When used as antiscale and
corrosion inhibitor, 5~10ppm is expected,
when used as crrosion inhibitor, 100~200mg/L
is expected. When used as abluent
agent, 1000~2000mg/L is expected.This
product usually used together with
Polycarboxylic antiscale and dispersing
agents .

This product is a popular organophosphine
corrosion inhibibor and a high efficienct
antiscale, it is chemically stable,
difficult to be hydrolyzed, difficult
to be destroyed by acid or alkali,
safety in use, no toxicity, no pollution,
good water solubility and etc. Due
to its including phosphonic and carboxylic
group simultaneously, in systems of
high temperature, high hardness and
high pH, its antiscale property is
better than that of HEDP and ATMP,
similar to that of PBTCA, and hard
to form unsoluble organic calcium
phosphate scale. In addition, it is
a powerful corrosion inhibitor, 5~8
times better than that of HEDP and
EDTMP. When built with polymers of
low molecular weight, its corrosion
inhibition effect is excellent. When
built with dispersant, the effect
of antiscale and corrosion inhibition
is even better.
¡ö Use£º
HPAA could be widely used as antiscale
and corrosion inhibitor in circulation
cooling water system for steel &
iron, petro-chemitry, power plant
and medical industry. It is an excellent
antiscale and corrosion inhibitor
for cooling water system when built
with zinc salt. It is especially suitable
for low hardness water in south China.

very low toxicity or may be considered
as non-toxic. It has good thermal stability,
which shows excellent scale inhibition
property under temperature 200¡æ, especially
for carbonate scales. At the dosage
of 40ppm,this product still show high
anticorrosion property.
¡ö Use:
This product can be used in circulating
cool water system, water pipelines and
boilers to prevent them from scaling.
It can also be used as scale inhibitor
for petroleum pipeline where high hardness,
high mineralization and poor water quality
will be expected. This product usually
was used together with copolymers and
zinc salt to form whole organic alkaline
formula and low phosphine zinc water
treatment agents. When used alone, 5~10ppm
is recommended, when used as corrosion
inhibitor, 50~100mg/L is expected.
